I help organizations turn ideas into more human, clearer, and more sustainable strategies.

I'm Domingo Antonio Feliz Carela, also known as Tony Carela. My work sits at the intersection of social innovation, strategy, and purpose-driven organizations. I'm interested in helping teams and organizations find clearer, more human, and more sustainable ways of working.
My background combines technology, public administration, and work with nonprofit organizations. I hold a degree in Systems Engineering and a Master of Public Administration focused on Nonprofit Management from the University of Arkansas as a Fulbright Scholar.
Over the past few years, I have worked with organizations, networks, and teams across Latin America and the United States, exploring how innovation, organizational culture, and agile thinking can strengthen social impact without losing the human side of organizations.
Today, my work includes consulting, team facilitation, and social innovation projects. I am also the host of Impacto Ágil, a podcast where I explore leadership, organizational culture, and new ways of building purpose-driven organizations.
I have collaborated on initiatives related to civic participation, institutional strengthening, nonprofit innovation, and community development, connecting strategy, communication, and execution to turn ideas into meaningful impact.
